+ -1 moreI love it, it's gorgeous. I thought it was a good price. They delivered quickly and efficiently. It's not bonded leather, it's real leather. It really is gorgeous.
Description of Work: I bought new living room leather furniture from Raymour & Flanigan. I got a sofa and a chair.

+ -1 moreThey customer service and delivery is great. I had an immediate repair issue and I got it corrected. They send out a repair guy who does not work on a Saturday and he is the only one who works locally so I had to take a day off. I found that very irritating. Overall their service was great and the repair man was professional and very helpful. He explained the situation.

+ -1 moreHe said he couldn't even fix it, went back to the office and said nothing was wrong with it!! Me and my husband ended up being able to fix it, terrible service. Said there was no way to push it back into place!
