They do a fantastic job. I would use them again.

They came every week but sometimes the "kids" they had come clean the pool played around as well. But we were very happy with the service.

They closed my pool the end of August and then jackhammered the cement around the pool skimmer. The company returned to dig out the skimmer and replace it with a new one. Concrete was poured and the job was very professionally and neatly done.
I have used this company for eight years to open, close and maintain my pool during the summer.

I called and explained the problem; was put on hold for several minutes; when the woman came back on the phone she thought I was someone else; put me on hold again; came back and said the person who makes appointments wasn't in the office and would call me back. I didn't get a call for at least two days (I think my wife may have gotten a call eventually). Not cool.

I liked that they are very communicative and courteous. I've never used another pool service. I think all in all it's expensive to own a pool but I don't know how they compare to other pool services. When they come they do explain things very clearly, you understand what you pay for. They always put everything away and leave it nice and neat. They do come on the day they say they are going to come.
