Company has been in business for over 30 yrs. Owner works on the site with two or three employees. Sub-contractors are used only for plumbinbg or electrical services and they are licensed with the state. There is no charge to come out to look at the project. Terms of billing based on size of the project. Company is licensed and insured. Builder/owner will work directly with the homeowner from design to completion and works directly with licensed architects if project calls for building plans. Builder also takes care of all necessary paperwork for township in order to secure all permits. One important aspect of builder/homeowner relationship is communication. Keeping a clean jobsite on a daily basis is also very important when working on or in any home.
