The pavers on the steps started coming loose.  We called PAPS and they came and "fixed" it.  However a few months later the steps came loose again.  We attempted to contact PAPS but they have only returned one phone call since.  They left a message, so we called back and left a message.  They have never called back. This occurred two or three times when we called them. We are now forced to find a different contractor to fix the issue.
