We are really thrilled with the basement. They transformed it into a great space for our family to use and spend time together in. We love the colors, the bathroom they put in, the flooring, and it is nice and warm.

Marcello was quick to return my phone calls and answered every question I asked with detail. My husband and I are more than pleased with the end product!

Marchello straightened out a lot of "mistakes" made by previous owners of my house on the crawlspace of an addition on the back of my house. He placed in a proper foundation and blocked in around all the sides of the crawl space instead of the plywood they placed there. I no longer have animals and cold drafts back there! Marchello replaced my deck and worked with me to solve problems as we discovered issues during the tear down from the previous installation. The deck came out great and really adds to the value of the house. The shortcuts the previous owners had performed were not done on this job, it will last much longer. There was great communication throughout the process of both jobs via phone/txt. I will work with him again. His prices are fair and makes sure that the job is done right.

We wanted to replace 2 stairs and landing in back of house which were becoming hazardous.

We wanted a single deck with some protection from the elements. Marcello proposed a back porch across both doors estimated 4 to 6 days to complete. He came when he said  work was performed professionally. They finished within six days this included demo and removal of aged steps. The result was is a much more usable backyard and an attractive addition to the house.

Excellent job very detailed A+ work would highly recommend . Perfectionist. Hard to find someone like this  Started and finished job as planned.. Deck looks brand new, Grout and railing perfect .Very neat work. I have had Marcello builders do major work on my house prior to this.I would highly recommend .Very detailed and professional.

Everything went has expected.  My home looks beautiful.  Got a lot of compliments.

The project went great. Only a few days start to finish and it looks fantastic. Adding the reclaimed tongue and groove boards was a nice touch! One thing I appreciate about Marcellos builders is that they understand their worksite is your home and they treat it as such. The work very quickly and keep their area neat and tidy while work and after they leave.

The whole process from beginning to end was amazing. 
Marcello was hands on the whole time from design to implementation. He is a master of his craft. He has such a great eye for design and has so many cool ideas. We are super happy with the way it turned out. 

Marcello also helped us re-do the flow of the 1st floor of our house. He took down some walls and created a beautiful open floor plan to our house. 

I will use Marcello's Builders for every project, every single time. Hands down the best of the best.
