DREAM HOME INSPECTION

I highly recommend , Nick was great. He was on time and very thorough. It was very pleasurable experience.

I was highly impressed by the level of knowledge of the home inspector. He's the owner, too.
He gave me a discount for being an Angies list member. Although, we went over the entire house and
explained step by step the process. I had to remind him several times to check the outlets. Also, the report
was difficult to read and I would have preferred to have it typed and more straight forward. I had to sit down with my attorney
one on one to understand it. Photos will help greatly as well. The process took literally almost 3 hours. I think going over so much information ahead of the inspection was not necesary, but the owner was very smart, kind and informative. Unfortunately, I wish the report was typed, with plenty of photos and more easier to understand.

As first time home buyers, we were looking for a reliable company to perform a home inspection since we felt it would be a conflict of interest to use one of the inspectors recommended to us by our realtor. Fortunately for us, Jim from Dream Home Inspection proved to be one of the very few reliable sources we have encountered in this process. From day one, he has been willing to answer our questions and work with us in scheduling a home inspection. He continues to be helpful in answering questions that have since occurred.
On the day of the inspection, Jim arrived on time and was ready to dive in. He explained what the process would entail and we felt assured that he would very adequately inspect every square inch of the house he was able to reach. We started on the outside and worked our way in. Whenever we had a question, he would take the time to explain it to our satisfaction before moving on to the next area. Unfortunately, he was unable to inspect the entire house, as the homeowners did not ensure that every area could be reached. It seems like their realtor also failed to inform them of this courtesy. Jim proved to be very knowledgeable and we appreciated his expertise in navigating through this difficult process.
At the conclusion of the inspection, Jim stayed with us after both realtors had left so that we had a chance to ask him questions in a more comfortable environment. Jim has since responded to our follow up questions, going above and beyond the minimum. We felt the price was more than adequate for all Jim has done for us, and we greatly appreciate that we stumbled upon Dream Home Inspection. We will recommend this company to anyone we know in need of a reliable home inspection.

The customer service was good. They were helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. He was professional and very friendly. I would say his price was good. He spent a lot of time and was very thorough. He was right on time. I would use him again.

He was extremely thorough, not leaving any stone unturned. I felt he was truly looking out for our best interests. He crawled into the attic, in the crawl space, and combed over every inch of the home. He conducted his inspection as if HE were the potential home buyer.
He followed up with the inspection with a full report including pictures, a binder with all notes taken from the day. I feel more comfortable with our home purchase now than I did the day we bid on the house.

Overall went well...He was professional and ounctual, and responded to my concerns well.
