They replied immediately after the request and gave us an estimate as soon as they came to see the property (from Lenny Hernandez). When we'd made phone contact, he was more than accommodating in letting us pick the date of pickup. The date came and I gotta say, the clean up was terrific. Thank you guys!!

at the beginning we had a problem because of the storm. The office did not get in touch with the people in the field. For almost five days I did not hear from them.
When they showed up and explained they had been on volunteer duty to help with cleanup . That their office should have advised us. Well I couldn't stay angry.
They did a FANTASTIC job.
