Thomas "Chopper" Russo is a Broker Associate at RE/MAX Traditions Real Estate. Recent awards include RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, Circle of Excellence Platinum, RE/MAX Diamond, along with his Team being ranked #1 in Northern NJ, #2 in NJ, #1 Commercial Team NJ, #37 in the USA, #78 Globally, and #4 Real Trends of all NJ Realtors. Based out of Oakland, NJ, Chopper specializes in both commercial and residential sales and leasing and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, multi year recipient of the Five Star Realtor Award. When he isn't busy working with clients or his team, The Chopper Russo Team, Chopper is involved in many local organizations. He was recently awarded Fifth District "Hometown Hero" from Congressman Josh Gottheimer. A member of the advisory board for the Ramapo Bergen Animal Refuge Inc., Chopper is also a trustee on the Oakland Education Foundation, chairman of the Oakland Public Events Committee and the Oakland Green Team. He is a member of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce, Oakland Dog Park, Knights of Columbus, and the Passaic County Chief's Association. Chopper also has many interests in athletic activities including football, motorcycling, skiing, snowmobiling, and golf.
