good work ethics, neat and clean. completed work as promised and had good ideas along the way. Very reliable and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again on other projects.

Never finished job, had to call another contractor to finish job, correct poor workmanship. Had to have brand new bathroom tile torn up and replaced. had to re-do gutters on house. Had to tear up new hardwood flooring in several rooms and replace due to incorrect installation. New house had a roof leak due to faulty chimney installation.

Job never finished. We had to find a new builder. Have had several new construction items ripped out and re-done. We feel workmanship was inadequate.
