Very disappointed. When I first contacted Joe, I specifically asked to have vent cleaned from outside AND INSIDE.
He said they would.
I found out he only cleaned from the outside, but said that he reached all the way in.
Six months later my dryer wasn't working properly. Checked with the dryer company and they said it was the vent.
When I contacted Joe, he said he would come and look. Some $80 later, he cleaned the INSIDE (as I had requested initially).
When I questioned him (on the phone from work) he said that I must be doing a lot of drying each week and he had to charge me because he can't give away free work. It is just my daughter and myself and we only do wash once a week!!!!! I believe if he had cleaned the INSIDE as I asked and he said the FIRST time, I would not have had this problem!
Very disappointed and will NOT USE AGAIN or recommend.

Arrived on time, very cordial. Looked at work to be done and gave me a quote. Sounded reasonable for the job, so they began immediately. Finished in under 3 hours. Both men were very courteous and professional. They left the laundry room and surrounding area very clean. Would definitely use them again.
