My experience with them has been fantastic. They were willing to work with me when I was pre-shopping. They were willing to give me a quote and they understood that I was going to check out other people. I had never seen what my pool looked like because I bought my house during the winter, so I did sign this contract with them, but they were willing to say that if there were major problems we could certainly cancel the contract, so I could use that money to fix the pool. They were just very accommodating.
