They have got very good customer service. Their prices are high. They are always clean. They are always accommodating. I would use them again.

Such an amazing group of people who work here! Just a truly different auto buying experience that I have ever had. I love the people! They are so nice and run a very tight ship. Cleaner than any of the other auto dealerships I've been too. Very pleasant, low key, courteous, offer free Wi-Fi and not pushy. When you take the car for an extended service, they give a loaner, wash and vacuum the car as well.

It was excellent. They are always very efficient and they accomadate.

I love the service and I won't go anywhere else even for an oil change. They are wonderful. They follow up. From the minute I pull in until the minute they finish with the car, they are excellent. No matter when I go, the men are courteous and respectful. They are fully equipped with food, TV, internet if I don't get a loaner car. It's a great place. I totally feel safe and secure when they have worked on my car.

They have a lovely waiting room where you could find everything you could possibly want. I wasn't crazy about the service writer who took care of me, mainly because of when the car was done he pointed out a mark on the side of the car and said next time it would cost $150. When I went home I rubbed some paste wax on it and rubbed it of in a minute and a half. I have lost my respect and faith.

This BMW dealership treats us well. I know my husband has been really pleased with this dealership. We do not have to wait there and they just try to be really accommodating. They have always been very good to us for BMW repairs and they specialize in working with that type of car, so we get our money's worth out of them, I would have to say.

Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth will bend over back-wards to help you. They have a superb service here. The salesmen do not put the pressure on, but they are there to answer any questions. The mechanics here are experienced and the customer service is great.

I was pleased to deal with this company. They are terrific on taking care of things. I would recommend them to other people any time. They are not pushy and are able to get you exactly what you want for a good price. I think they are great.

I have mixed feelings about Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. The work was done on time, but when I looked under the car I saw that they had forgotten to tighten a big bolt which if left that way, could have really damaged my engine. They are professional and courteous, but I have the feeling they are out to get more business and they are pricey.
