Had I known the repair would be so costly I would have opted for a new unit but they never gave me the option. I called the owner to try to discuss what had transpired but got an answering machine. He did call me back once but I was unavailable on that occasion. I called him back four more times and he never took the call or called me back.

Irons AC and heating sent Barry, ace repairman, who came out immediately (even though we are out of the normal service area), found and fixed the problem, and did not charge for the service (we paid a small fee for a furnace check-up while he was at the house). Very professional and highly competent.

Overall, we are totally pleased with the cost, professionalism and quality of work done. In fact, we have just contracted Irons to do
another job for us on our main house (conversion of an old oil burner to new gas furnace).

I was referred to this company from another company in the field who was busy and couldnt see me. Thats a big plus. We excahnged some calls, then set an appointment. I got a price, we agreed to do the work and it was scheduled. Quick, painelss and easy. I operate a service business and take referrals very seriously. I would refer this company.
