one of the most frustrating experiences i have ever had to deal with, waited 3 weeks for my tile to arrive and was told it "would arrive today" for 6 days in a row and was also told i would get a call from the owner Joe every time without ever getting a call back. after 3 weeks of waiting they told me the tile has been in there warehouse that was only 15 minutes away from the showroom the entire time. when i finally did get my tile they shorted me on the square footage i paid for and still didn't have the grout that i ordered and was told it would be in on Saturday or Monday ( i picked my tile up on a Friday) it has now been 7 more business day since i picked up the tile and have been told every day "it would be in today"

Obviously they don't care, I probably will never hear back from them again.

Joe sent his team as promised on schedule,  They were meticulous and installed the backsplash to our 100% satisfaction.  Although the price was higher than I anticipated I felt the work was done perfectly and as scheduled.

Perfectly!  They were on time, fairly priced, extremely professional, communicative, and very helpful in choosing the tile needed for the downstairs bathroom. We will definitely use them again for any and all tile needs.

Joe and his crew from Ideal Tile and Stone, demolished a badly done tile floor in our 3 year old kitchen, with new cabinets and stainless appliances, they did the work without damaging anything.  Amazing attention to detail, can't say enough good things about this hardworking efficient team!!

They took out the old tile and put in new tile. They were great. Everything was done in order and they did a great job. Their prices were good.

I liked that they were very qualified people to perform the work. I will use them again in the future.
