Tiger or paiting with tiger

The owner Justin does NOT take any responsibility for his team. His work is 5/10. His team does NOT remove receptacle and switch plates. i had to do that for him. He does NOT roller around the brush painted switch plates that he did leave and i had to tell him to roller it so that it looks smoother When i came to billing, he's very quick and will tell you. i paid him 80%. He said he would come on Wednesday. It was Thursday evening and i had to text him to ask where he was. He brushed it off and said i'll come Friday at noon which he did. When he arrived i told him his crew left a mess. He said "you should have told me". Now why should I have to tell him this? isn't this his job to supervise his team? That is why i paid him. He did not clean anything. he left everything dusty and paint splatters and sheet rock sanding dust between the floor grooves for me to clean because he says that he already paid the guy that did that. he obviously washed his hands off of it because since he paid the guy that did that he would not do that because it is not His responsibitly it is his crews responsiblity. That does not makes sense to me. He is the company owner, he needs to take responsiblity for the action of his crew. When i came to payment he is very quick. i told him i didnt see his text and i forgot to pay him til the following day (less than 12 hrs). He says "ridiculous". i told him he not showing up on Wednesday was unprofessional and he says that i'm unprofessional by not paying him right away. I also told him that it is unprofessional for him to leave the responsibility of his crew on the customer and that He as the company owner needs to take responsibility. overall, I will NEVER hire this company again.
