Very happy with my cleanings. I would recommend them.

They were very responsive when I called them, and were able to give me an appointment for a move-out clean on a Monday, which was the date I needed as I am moving out of state.   Due to a snowstorm that was supposed to happen on Monday, they were very flexible in accommodating a reschedule of the cleaning to Sunday.   I very much appreciated the fact that they were able to come on a Sunday.   

The house was very clean when they were finished and I was pleased with their work.

Everything went very well. My schedule changes very often and sometimes at the last minute, the communication so far has been excellent from scheduling in advance to confirming 48hrs prior to the service. They arrived when they said they would and were very thorough with their service. Where some other companies I've had tell me they don't do this and don't do that, Soft Touch said it was no problem and took care of the task without question. The extra effort on their end has started things out on the right foot.

I contacted Soft Touch for a deep clean after moving into our new house. Kim contacted me within 2 hours to schedule an appointment that was convenient for my schedule. She also contacted me the day prior to our appointment to confirm the time and ask if I had any questions. She arrived with an additional cleaner, Laurie, and they prioritized the cleaning based on which rooms and areas I needed done in my order of preference. Both ladies did a fantastic job and cleaned a large kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms in 3 hours. They also provided recommendations for cleaning products for problem areas. They were so great I have requested their quote for biweekly & monthly cleanings. I would definitely recommend and use again.

They come every two weeks and it's a $125. It's a big house. They are very responsible. They show up when they are supposed to show up. They are very personable. It's a family owned company, family owned and run. They have a nice background and they do a good job. I would use them in the future too.

It took three men to clean my home and about 2.5 hours of work. I liked this company because the owner comes with the cleaners. That made me feel good and like the company was very businesslike. As a customer I liked feeling that way. In all truth, I liked this service so much, I hired them to do biweekly cleanings for me ever since. That tells you how much I like them.

I had to leave my old home and requested that Soft Touch make the place really clean. At first, there was a miscommunication as to what was necessary, but, due to the excellent customer service support of this company, the owner personally ensured all went smoothly. They cleaned immaculately, paying special attention to the fact that the job had to pass a review by the new occupants. The end result was really nice.

THEY CHARGE $45 AN HOUR, WHICH SEEMS AVERAGE. THEY ARE GOOD AT FOLLOWING SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS. THE OWNER COMES OUT AND DRAWS UP A SPECIFIC WORKSHEET ON WHAT GETS DONE. THEY MONITOR EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO, AND ARE VERY FLEXIBLE. THERE IS NO LANGUAGE BARRIER.
