"Before giving any weight to this review please check the reviews left by this member for other companies around the web. Also, please read our customer reviews from this and other major review sites. You will see that something is not right. We provided an annual service and tune up in October 2013 $99, we replaced a flame sensor in June of 2014 $110, we replaced an oil delay valve in August of 2014 $125. These were the only charges made to this customer by our company and it is documented. We responded to a call from this customer on 11/8/14 for a no heat call. The problem was a faulty motor. The customer became very upset and told me that I better do it for free because I had been there 5 times in the last 2 months (which was not true). I tried to explain that their heating system was aging and it is common for these parts to fail. Apparently it was easier to tell me to leave and accuse me of being dishonest and incompetent than to accept that mechanical and electronic parts will all eventually fail. Our goal is to make every customer feel that they have received the professional service that is expected at a fair value. It is unfortunate that unfounded and unfair reviews like this can be left when all the evidence is to the contrary. We hope you will give us a chance to prove this reviewer wrong. We have 25 years in the heating industry and I am a Licensed Master HVAC Contractor."
I called all-pro on a Friday afternoon (10/3/2014) at 430 pm on my way home from work and told them that I didn't have hot water. I told them I understand that it is later in the day and that I can wait till Monday if need be. They said no need to wait they were finishing up a job and could be at my house at 6pm. Of course I said great and at 6pm they pulled in driveway and by 6;45 I had hot water.
I will be using All-Pro heating for all my heating and cooling needs from this time on.
