Steve did a great job.  He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions regarding environmentally friendly products and how to deal with other critters that hang around my property.

Steve was excellent!  We had called with a very short window of time to get a secondary inspection done.  We had a concern of mold in the back porch area as there was an odor coming in from below the porch.  He was there within 24 hours to test for mold.  He walked my wife and I through his findings and made recommendations that relieved us of worry as there was no mold found.  The mold smell was coming from a storage space under the porch due to poor ventilation.  He recommended to put in some ventilation in the room below (it is above ground) along with future recommendations to take in to consideration.  As a stop gap, we opened the storm window on the door in the lower room which did get rid of the odor.
His analysis, time spent explaining his findings, and his turn around time were priceless.  Very professional, I would recommend this company and definitely use them again.
