The technician (Miguel) arrived promptly. He immediately checked the gas line, diagnosed what the issue was and provided recommendations to fix the problem. He explained in details what he was going to do in such a way that I was able to understand everything. He finished within an hour. He was very polite and professional.
After meeting with numerous plumbers and getting a bunch of estimates, T MONT plumbing was thankfully my final decision. T Mont came in at a reasonable price and made me feel very comfortable through out the project. Dan, the owner explained every little detail in what they would be doing. Gave me a realistic time frame as to when the job would be finished and was very CLEAN through out the job. The people from T Mont are very professional and extremely trust worthy.
After further speaking with Dan, I informed him I needed to do over my master bath. Little did I know, Dan also is the owner of Aspen Kitchen and Bath. I decided to hire him for the job. WOW, WOW and WOW!!! I must say I have a nice house by now my favorite spot in my house is my bathroom. Honestly, my bathroom looks like it came out of a magazine. I heavily recommend both T Mont Plumbing and Aspen Kitchen and Bath. Thank you Dan!!

"[Member name removed], I see by your rating that you feel the price was very high for the job done.I am very sorry you feel this way but the job was more than just snaking out a drain. When the mechanic arrived at your home he first investigated the problem you were having and found that the main sewer in your house was what was backing up. In order for him to clean out the sewer with the electric machine he first had to remove your slop sink and washing machine to gain access to the clean out fitting for the sewer, then he proceeded to snake out the sewer. While snaking out the sewer there was one section of your sewer which had a section that was difficult to get through, after getting through and pulling out the snakes they had noticed large amounts of baby wipes and roots. The sewer was then tested to make sure it was running correctly and then the sink and washing machine were re-installed. The cost you were charged was $465.00 plus NJ sales tax not $600.00. Once again I am sorry that you feel you were overcharged and would love to keep you as a continued happy customer so I am offering you a 5% discount on your next service call."
Our second experience was yesterday. Our recently purchased home came with a wonderful old dryer from 1975! Sadly, it stopped working last week, but the connections were so old, that we could not disconnect it ourselves--not comfortable messing with natural gas lines! Again, Miguel and Joe knew exactly what to do. They had to cut the pipe to disconnect it, then installed one of the modern connectors, so that the next time we need a new dryer, we can do it ourselves. They then connected our replacement dryer for us. Everything was left neat, clean and in working order.
I've had some neighbors tell me that they had had problems with the work did for them TMont specifically saying that it was a younger inexperienced plumber who was sent to them, but we would absolutely use them again, and specifically request Miguel and Joe. They were fantastic, and clearly extremely competent in their work.
My only "negative" would be price. They are more expensive than other plumbers I've used in the past. That being said, they provide emergency service: they came within the hour the first time we used them, they had all the parts they needed with them, and the quality of work was exceptional for these two jobs.
So, yes. We recommend!
plumbers arrived and decided the sink was more complex then just a
standard swap out . 2 plumbers left and never returned me with an
estimate. Tmont was honest priced me nearly 1/3rd less than the other
competitors but what stuck out most was the quality of the finish
without blemishing my countertops . The other plumbers had me worried,
Vinny at Tmont mildly explained how the procedure was going to be
handled and not to worry. The ease of working with Tmont was the best
part of the process, the price savings was just an extra perk.
