During the pool opening Robert Carter broke the wire to a flow sensor to the salt water generator. He said it would be replaced as quickly as possible. Ater 5 weeks of calling two to three times a week Robert Carter claims part was on backorder. Made the mistake in believing him. Last weekend he suggested to change the whole salt water system at a price of $1200 and $125 for installation for a part he broke. My wife called the manufacturer on a Saturday. The part in question was delivered that Monday and installed by me that evening. The new sand filter that Pool Medics installed leaks like a Russian submarine. Had to call another company to fix all the discrepensies that Pool Medics left behind. Unprofessional and very rude when they were notified about how quickly the flow sensoe was shipped and installed. The cat is out of the bag about these folks. Buyer Beware!
Description of Work: Upgraded the cartridge filter to a rare earth filter and a pool opening.
