It was good and excellent. The workers were fine. I've been using them for about 4 or 5 years now and they're very professional, they're on time and I would recommend them.

After initial contact made, estimate took about a week longer to arrive than was initially indicated. Was quoted $23/week to cut lawns and would draw up a design for front landscaping which would cost $125, but would be deducted from total cost if we gave them green light to perform the work (trim bushes, remove/re-plant some). Called to give green light and be put on the schedule for lawns. Did not hear back; called again early the following week and talked to receptionist/office manager who said she would pass the message and said would get someone over to cut early in the week (Tuesday or Wednesday). No one showed, no one called. On Saturday, team showed up to cut the grass while we were outside doing work on our deck. 1 spoke poor English, the others did not speak english. Tried to explain that we were expecting them earlier in the week, and they indicated they were very busy during the week. Called to cancel and returned to our previous lawn service provided who charged $5/week more to cut our lawn. For us personally, the extra money is worth the reliability and responsiveness - we are too busy to chase down contractors.

Gaccione Landscaping was GREAT! I hired them to do lawn cutting for the spring and summer for my father for his Father's Day gift. These guys came on a bi-weekly basis and did a FANTASTIC job! They were quick, prompt, and very nice!! It saved my parents a lot of time and energy and a few of my neighbors even commented on how well the yard was maintained!
When I had initially contacted their office, I received a call back right away and the owner Frank actually worked with me to come up with a price within my budget! He was extremely friendly and I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone! This company by far was the best and I look forward to using them again in the upcoming year!
