The floor of my house was a disaster, after sanding the dark color that was masking some defects some part of the floor were so damaged that we couldn't proceed as plan. In no time Nick sent me new options and quotes, and what could have been a major delay with another company was solved within 24 hours.
I also wanted a specific color and his team was really patient and made several sample.
The day of the stain application Tony who was in charge of my home called me for me to come and approve the first room as he was not sure the color once on a larger surface was the "look" I wanted... Thank God he did! I am so glad he listened to our previous conversation and understood my vision. I picked another shade and again, in no time they re-didthis room and the rest of the home and steps. My floor is magnificent, I and is aging beautifully.
I really appreciated Nick, Tony and the entire team for their kind professionalism during the entire process, and as a holistic decorator and designer I recommend them to all my clients in need of repair resurfacing or any flooring work.
