Needed to replace two very old genie garage door openers. Turned out the old rails are about 1 ft shorter than new chamberlain rails and all support racks need to be re-positioned, and my garage has a 15-ft ceiling. Technician H was very professional and courteous. Finished the work exceeding my expectations. Highly recommended.
