He is great. He comes out twice a year and takes care of any maintenance we may need. He is very prompt and professional. He comes out and does his job wonderfully. He is very good at what he does and is very trustworthy.

I was satisfied with the company's work.  It was done quickly and efficiently, and he was able to fit me in at a time that was convenient for me.  This was a simple repair to one of the gutters that had fallen off the house, and a (late!) fall cleaning.  All went well.

He couldn't do it until 2 weeks after June 26th.  We called back and forth a few times and he couldn't do it still.  He came in one day without my knowledge.  He left a bill saying that he did do the job.  I didn't appreciate this because I expressed that I wanted to be there.  I also wanted to meet the person doing the work. I was aware I didn't have to be there for him to do the work, I wanted to be able to supervise.  He didn't give us the 5% discount that was offered via Angie's List.  I deducted the 5% discount when I sent the check.  He said he would drop by one day soon so I could meet him. He was very nice on the phone.

On time, efficient, cleaned up gutter debris and were friendly and courteous.  the price was extremely reasonable.

He is local to my town and I have had good experiences with local contractors. I called Don and we set up a date mid to late May. I asked him to call me a day or so prior to his arrival and as promised he let me know the day prior to coming.
I came home to clean gutters and no mess around my property.
He even removed a branch that was near a vent, close to the gutter, that was there since Hurricane Sandy.
I found the bill in my mailbox (with a pen... nice touch).
I will contract with him again for my fall clean up.
I am very satisfied with the services I received.

I had a very good experience with Don and just recently simply left him a voice message to clean out our gutters and send me a bill which he promptly did.

I recently purchased a 2-family home and called for a quote to clean my gutters. I left a message for Don and he called me back within the same day. He was very professional. He performed an in-person inspection a few days after we spoke and left the quote in my mail box. His price was the best and he was the only provider that performed an in-person inspection. Every other provider gave me a quote over the phone and they were much higher. He also noticed some damage to my roof, (SANDY) and recommended that I have a roofer come out to inspect. He was very courteous, his team cleaned after themselves thoroughly , I will definitely use his services again.

I e-mailed Don's for an estimate and the next day i received the estimate in my mail box.
I called him, we made arrangements to do the work and the job was done well. I asked him back for a 2nd gutter cleaning and he was punctual and neat.

Don comes twice a year like clockwork to clean my gutters.  I always know when he was there because he leaves a signature "Don's Gutters" pen along with the invoice.  He is extremely reliable and gets the job done.

It was a recommendation from a friend. I am satisfied with the services.

I contacted the company via email on a weekday night. I received a call at 8:30am the following morning. Don was courteous and professional. He provided a written estimate that same day. (His estimate was significantly lower than the estimate that I had received from another company). I called that evening to tell him that I wanted to schedule the work. The following day I returned home from work to find that they had completed the work (cleaned the gutter, repaired the leaders, secured portions of the gutter that were not properly anchored). Fantastic work! I will use the service again next year.

I love this guy. Its a wonderful thing when someone knows what he is doing and comes prepared to do it. His friendly team solved all my gutter issues in a few minutes with the cleaning.  It was a cold windy day in January as well. One of my life's problems is resolved.

He's a good guy.  He is friendly.  He is reasonably priced.  He answers question.  He is up there, takes a look and gives you feedback.  He is got price like for one storey or two storeys.  The other thing he does which I like is, he goes out there and gets all the leaves out of the gutters.

He came the next day, did the work and charged what I thought was extremely reasonable.   Before Don's service we had someone else and the people they sent out didn't want to work.  When Don's comes out they seem to do a good job and be very thorough.  I would recommend them to someone if they asked.

I called Don about 9:30am, got a recording. He called back by 11, was here at 12, problem fixed and all done by 12:45. AND he's a nice fellow!

Don gave me what I considered a good estimate and then did a good job. I would definitely recommend his service.
