They deliver oil exactly when they say - with a call the night before. They were on time for cleaning the burner. They even put some colored material in the vial so I could see where the water was. If I leave an entrance open, they make sure it is locked when they leave. This is an excellent group. They are honest and prompt. They gently listened to all my concerns about my previous oil person and calmed my fears. I recommend them without reservation

I finally called them after 6 in the evening......I left a message on the regular office line since it was not an emergency. Within 2 hours I received a call from Sal.....it was unexpected since I had called after business hours and it was not an emergency......( this tells me they care enough to check their office mail) I told him how my oil company was no longer providing me with service that put me at ease. He spoke to me for 15 minutes and truly made me feel like he would take good care of me and assured me he would handle all heat problems so I would not have to worry. I told him I tend to worry a lot since Sandy and since my boiler broke on a very cold weekend. He assured me that his family owned business would handle all my heating needs.....the next day I had a full tank of oil delivered.....promptly. Thank you Sal and Sons

I went like Swiss clock.

They tune up the boiler and make sure it is working properly. They clean it and also fill up the tank with oil when necessary. Usually, they only come once a year; sometimes, they come more than once a year if I have a problem. I have an annual maintenance contract with them, which is $169 a year. I would use them again in the future.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE REALLY DEPENDS ON THE SERVICE MEN THAT COME OUT THAT DAY. I HAVE HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE, AND I HAVE HAD VERY POOR SERVICE. OVERALL, I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.
