Bruce and his crew were wonderful. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and worked very clean. The cables were neatly tucked away along the siding. Very happy and would use again.

I previously had pay for TV service and decided it was a waste of money and I bought window hd tv antennas. They worked OK, I got different channels on different TVs depending on where they are located in my house. I thought about installing a $40 or $50 off air antenna on the roof of my front porch area. But I was very hesitant, I'm not that great with my hands. So I said to myself, let me hire a professional who has the experience and know how. So I made some inquiries and decided to hire Bruce. Bruce spoke very well and down to earth, I explained exactly what I wanted done. Bruce recommended the Channel Master 2020, which goes for $150 - $200, he also said he'll have all the necessary wiring, clamps, pole, splitter, etc... He quoted me a price of $550 to $650. However, when I originally spoke to him, I told him I have 5 TVs and would like 3 TVs hooked up to this new off air hdtv antenna. But then I decided to have all 5 TVs hooked up, and why not? In addition, I asked him to remove the 2 satellite dishes on my roof on the day of the installation. The final price came to $700, which is a little pricey, I was hoping to pay $550 - $600 max. However, Bruce and his guy named John did a fantastic job. I mean these guys took their time and went above and beyond, the care and professionalism was outstanding. For example, when they removed the satellite dishes, not only did they put tar to ensure the roof has no leaks, they also covered the existing mounting bracket (which they did not remove, and that's fine) with tar so it wouldn't rust and leave marks on my roof. They also put silicon on top of the tv antenna wire plug ins to the splitter. The entire job only took a few hours, they also came a little earlier before our scheduled time, which was great and worked out better for me. I would definitely recommend BAC Antenna to anyone I know who needs this type of service done! Thanks Bruce and John for the outstanding work you have done for me.

Bruce was punctual, courteous, and professional. He gave me his suggestions, but also explained several options for me, as well; like which type of antenna was appropriate for my location and topography, the antenna mount, the type and location of the installation on the roof (it's a two-story, flat-roof building), the grounding of the antenna, and even the best routing down into our home. He even stood with me as I tested my HDHomeRun connect for the signal quality, etc. Very thorough.

I'm really happy with the service. We now have crystal-clear reception without any breakups when cars drive by the house. Better picture than cable, and no monthly fee!

I was not sure who to contact regarding this challenging installation of somewhat antiquated technology. As an FM radio enthusiast, it had long been my dream to have a dedicated directional FM radio antenna on my rooftop. I obtained most of the equipment myself (not without difficulty, as this type of antenna is no longer widely available) and I assumed I would have trouble finding someone qualified and willing to perform the install.
However, Bruce has been doing antenna installations for a long time, and was very familiar with what I was trying to achieve, including installing an antenna rotor of the type more typically used by Ham radio operators.
It was not an easy installation, on a quite high and steeply pitched roof.
Bruce and his assistant were very knowledgeable, methodical and professional and went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with the results.
I am very happy with their work. If they can do this, I doubt there is any antenna installation they cannot handle.
Highly recommended.

BAC Antenna did an excellent job installing our new rooftop TV antenna. We purchased the Wingard HD7697p HDTV antenna from them and they installed the bracket, pole, and antenna on our roof for us. They were very good about making sure the antenna would not throw a shadow across our rooftop solar panels. They also grounded the antenna and ran wiring into our living room to replace our old cable TV wiring. Overall, they did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the service and product.

I called BAC antenna on 3/26/2015 after a week of trying to install an attic antenna didn't provide a consistent signal. I talked to Bruce, and he came to my house that day. He replaced my old roof antenna with a newer model, and wired my house with new coaxial cable so that all my TV's receive a signal. Bruce did so while keeping my cable wiring intact, as we still needed it for internet usage. After installing a pre-amp, we received signals for all channels except PBS. Because of my location from the towers and a tree in my backyard, he gave me options to move the antenna to another part of the house or raise a pole 15 feet to get better reception. I declined both options and was happy with my results.
The work was performed on a cloudy rainy day, so I did experience some issues with channel loss in the first 24 hours. I reached out to Bruce and he said he would come back and tweak settings as needed. The next day the weather cleared up, and I receive all channels including PBS now. Bruce was very knowledgeable and even explained that next year the reception may get stronger as there are plans to move the retransmission to the Freedom Tower. I am curious what will happen when my tree start to grow leaves this year, but will cross that road when we come to it.
If you are looking to cut the cord like us, BAC antenna is more than capable to help. We found BAC through Angie's List as there are not many antenna installers in New Jersey. I don't know his travel range, but he did come to Metuchen from Nutley. If he services your area, it is well worth the cost.

Bruce was available the very next day after I called him, He and his assistant, John, showed up exactly on time and diagnosed our problem. He offered several alternatives and we chose the complete new digital TV antennae. He arrived with all the equipment and diagnostic tools that might have been needed. What a great difference it made. We get many more channels and the picture is much clearer and more stable than ever before.

I hired BAC Antenna of Nutley, NJ (973 661 1169). The owner called back the same day that I left a v-mail. We set up a day for him to visit and determine what needed to be done. After visiting to examine the condition of the existing equipment and determining what I was seeking to be done, he then set up a day (a week later) for the installation. He removed my old antenna, old rusted mast, chimney straps and cabling and carted away my old equipment. They (two guys) installed a brand new antenna, mast and chimney straps. They anchored the new cable up the side of the house (I provided the cable because I wanted to make sure they used my solid copper coaxial cable). I chose not to have a grounding rod; so, he connected a grounding wire to the system behind the valve of my garden hose water pipe (which is near where the cable enters the house). The cost was $400 plus tax. My reception is great. I now get channel 21 (WLIW), which I was not getting with rabbit ears (my old roof mounted unit never worked). The first time I used this provider, he installed a TV antenna system in December of 2000 for $350. They installed a TV antenna onto my chimney and routed the cable into my home and around to 2 TV's (one in the attic and one on the main floor of a 3 floor home). The job went smoothly, the cables were routed into my house and around the rooms well. This FREE TV set up worked fantastic for 12 years- no cable bills, just the basic TV stations coming in, for free, for 12 years (even after the switch to Digital transmission- my TV could tune in digital as well, so it stayed free!). Loved the set-up and and 12 years of free television for a $350 investment. Last October, the chimney mounted TV antenna was damaged by falling branches in the storm. I had B.A.C. return and replace the antenna with a new one (which is now substantially more expensive than my original one 12 years ago). B.A.C. did a great job replacing the antennae while I was at work- everything done right and neatly and the new antenna works great. I understand that installation of a system like mine would be ~$500 today (the antennas are more expensive)- but it only cost me $300 because I just needed the antenna replaced and I'm a repeat customer (if 12 years later counts!). Very happy with their work and my (free TV) antenna!
