Bruce and John showed up on time and were very professional. Withholding what knowledge of the installation I had, it was clear they knew what they were doing. Setting up the antenna and mast with the proper ground run and straps to the chimney were all very clean. After which, they checked for proper signal strength on the major networks before securing everything in place. I provided the antenna and Bruce provided everything else, including an amplifier.

A power surge took out a number of appliances in the house and knocked out TV reception from the roof antenna. Bruce straightened out my bent antenna, changed out a number of components, and redirected the antenna for many more channels and excellent reception.

Bruce and Jim were kind enough to install an end-fed amateur radio antenna for me. It's not a complex installation but it is unorthodox compared to TV-type antenna installs. After a couple of minutes of discussion (baluns, insulators, strain relief, and such), the antenna was up in about 2 hours, strung between my house and a tree 117 feet away. I am happier than a pig in whatever pigs are really happy in considering the difference the new antenna makes compared to the 30-foot indoor version I had been using for the last 3 years. BAC is tops as far as I'm concerned!

He ran a line down side of house and grounded antenna. He did everything I needed him to do giving me all the option along the way as far as what I wanted to do vs what I needed. It took a good portion of the day. But I felt he was thorough with the job. I would recommend this company.

Bruce cam by to see if the antenna would work for us, explained everything we needed to make a decision with out a charge, We scheduled the install and they showed up on time and delivered what they promised.
