***DO NOT USE REINER*** I recently hired Reiner to replace and install a central air and furnace system in an older home. We got quotes from 4 different companies but decided Reiner was worth the extra money (40% more than competitors) based off the size of the company, expertise and an experienced metal shop/customizations for an older home. We were sold that the decades of experience was going to solve our air flow issues. What we got was anything but spectacular. The install took 2 days and was completed incorrectly! The installers didn't even look at the drawn up plans. So they had to completely rip out the newly installed system and reinstall being guided by a supervisor. Our a/c died in July and it took 5 weeks from signing for them to finish. I don't know if there has been a change in the company but the service we received does not match their reputation. The lack of communication between the sales, installation and service is astounding. How this company has survived so long is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else!

You are correct that we dropped the ball and did not meet up to our own high standards with your installation. It is for that reason we sent installers back to rectify the issues under supervision to be certain the job was done as specified and proposed. Furthermore, it is my understanding our field foreman's returned a couple of times to work on balancing and seal up ducts and vents which was not included in the original scope of work. We are striving to be a company you want to use and recommend to friends and family. We are sorry you did not get to experience that. I had a problem and needed a new boiler, another company couldn't do it so I called them. They installed my new boiler with all the piping and they did an excellent job. They are very responsive and really a top notch company. They are reasonable and did a terrific job! They were punctual, the whole job took about a week to re-pipe, take out the old boiler, and put in the new boiler.

Extremely well. Everyone was very professional. I have never seen a big job conducted so efficiently. Old air-handler and the duct work (in a hot attic on 90 degree July days) had to be replaced. The installers had terrific support. Reiner vans showed up at the right times and the junk was removed. Deliveries of new equipment to be installed came it at the right times. The owner of the company was making rounds of all the on-going installations to deliver water and gatorade bottles to the installers working in hot attics. All in all a very good job well-done. To top it all, the price was 25% less expensive than the other estimate given to me by my regular servicing company.

Excellent. The technician came promptly, diagnosed the problem virtually immediately, made the corrections and left. (Reiner installed my system about 15-20 years ago and I've had maintenance contracts with them.)

Checked the water pan in the air conditioning unit in the attic. Said he couldn't find any type of leak and just drained out the pan; then charged me $160. When he left, the unit started leaking again. Called another family-owned business and the guy showed me a very rusty water pan with holes in the AC unit. How did a professional company with a good reputation not see this?? I'm out $160 and they did nothing for me.

I was given a window of 9-12pm for a tech to come out and he arrived at 9:15am. He introduced himself right away and pointed to the spelling of his name written on the company's uniform shirt. I thought that was great. My house has wall to wall
to light color carpet and he immediately put on some booties over his shoes and walked in. He explained step by step as he checked my system and made recommendations. I have a system that use R-22 and I know I must replace that system ASAP.

They do a very thorough inspection and testing of the systems and change the filters. The technicians are professional, extremely nice, and always put on these little booties over their shoes so they don't get the floors in my house dirty. I really appreciate that.
I think they are very knowledgeable and well-trained. I have been using Reiner for about 17 years and am very happy with the service they provide. I highly recommend them.

Reiner group installed our new high efficiency furnace, A/C & water heater in 2010. I now have a PM contract with them for twice yearly visits. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and their polite, courteous service at the time of installation. Now,when a technician comes for PM, they are always here in the time window given, always call to let me know they are on the way, always wear shoe coverings when they enter my home, always ask if I have questions or concerns, and are always professional and extremely polite. So much so, that I have never failed to phone the company after a service call to acknowledge their outstanding employees! I highly recommend Reiner Group!! They are not the least expensive, but they are certainly the best I've ever encountered!
