I'm editing my previous review to reflect a much better experience. After posting my initial feedback about the lawn care, the company contacted me to address my concerns. They scheduled a follow-up visit and sent a very professional and attentive team. They thoroughly re-seeded the entire lawn and took the time to make sure the job was done correctly this time. I'm very impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction and would now recommend their services.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. The individual who came out Owner J was not interested in finding a solution for the service issue. Instead, he was confrontational and seemed only focused on arguing?it felt like I was back for a fight, not a resolution. He exhibited a very bad attitude and acted completely unprofessional, ultimately offering no solution to the problem with my lawn care. I paid a total of [Insert Final Bill Amount Paid, $1920 + $2999 for this service on [Insert Date Paid], and the result was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value respectful customer service and quality work.

Jay is amazing. When I bought my house 12 years ago he was one of 4 bidders to rebuild my stairs. He was on time, reasonably priced, and completed the job exactly when he said he would with no surprises. 12 years later his craftsmanship had held up. I have used him multiple times since then and his service is still 5 stars all these years later

It was great. They were always on time. They did what they said they would. They finished it quickly. The work was very good. The quality was good and the price was fair.
