When I spoke to them on the phone they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to me and answered all my questions very professionally and never got pushy like other company's did. I was quoted $1850 for the job and they promised that would be it.
When it came for the actual work, two guys showed up on time, and they even called ahead 20 mins to make sure I'd be home. They checked our the old water heater, and started to cover up my carpets to make sure not to make a mess when taking our the old heater. It took less then two hours from start to finish, they did a very clean job and made sure everything was correct and to code.
After they left you'd never know there was a old leaky water heater dragged around.
I ended up paying exactily as quoted no surprises. I'm extremely happy with the service provided.
