Description of Work: This was for a bathroom renovation. I indicated I would pay for the fixtures. The estimate came in with them "budgeted" I was advised they could be backed out. That was done for tiles. For the tub there was an insistence on purchasing from a certain supplier and if I acquired on my own pick up fees would be charged. I felt as though I was not going to have a say in what my fixtures were nor in cost control over same. Saul Perez, who came to my home, was excellent and the reason I wanted to use them however, he was not the person that was obdurate about the fixtures.
