At first, he seemed very nice and easy to talk to when we set up the appointment. But due to a storm, he had to reschedule. He told me he would contact me to reschedule, but never did. I would still recommend them to a friend for the quality of his other work.

Refinished Dining Table

We were looking for someone on Angie's list that could come out to our home and finish our bow window that we had recently installed. I only found several places that would come out to stain and finish our window. A company on here recommended that I contact Dennis of Door and Furniture Repair which was not listed here on Angie's list. We decided after receiving several quotes that we would go along with the recommendation we received from this other company called Chem-Clean. We had originally scheduled it for this Wednesday but he called us to reschedule for the next day. That morning we had about 5 inches of snow coming down and we were expecting to get a call from Dennis telling us he couldn't make it. Surprisingly, he called to just let us know that he was going to be delayed due to the road conditions and that he would still make his appointment. After his arrival he brought in his tools and supplies and even brought in a separate pair of shoes so that he wouldn't bring in any of the snow from the outside! He went right to work and the job came out beautiful. It was all done in one day using a lacquer finish and now our bow window looks like a piece of fine furniture! Thank you Dennis!!
