The order was completed  quickly...pricing seemed reasonable.
Dana, the sales rep, and Danny, the installer, were very nice.  However, I was not happy with the owner's attitude when I called for a delivery date a week after I received a voice message that my order was ready (I didn't hear my messages right away).
 I wanted the delivery the following week and was asked to take the delivery immediately as my order was taking up space in the warehouse.  

When Dana heard about the preceding delivery incident she was apologetic.

• Called for an appointment.
• Appointment was made promptly.
• Dana came to my home for the first appointment to see my windows and measure.
• We discussed various options.
• They give me an estimate.
• I then went to their store to see and pick out samples of fabrics. Dana was very helpful!
• I brought samples home and kept them for several days until I decided what I wanted.
• I gave them a deposit and they placed the order.

The shades and cornices were delivered and installed exactly in the time frame they had told me.
The installation crew was very professional and again told me about the guarantees.

Dana came to suggest types of blinds. She measured and provided me with an estimate. She was very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. After agreeing to have Powers do the work, a second measuring was performed by Greg. The blinds were delivered and installed without any problems. All was done in a timely, neat and professional manner.
I was completely satisfied with everything. I also absolutely LOVE the blinds. I would highly recommend their company.

Goal was to achieve a unified look among five very different-sized windows. Service was excellent, prompt and professional. The result is beautiful. I will use this company again.

We had problems with this large shade. It was very hard to pull open with its pull cord. The top bracket kept coming loose from the weight of the shade, so we decided to replace it with a slat shade that opens to the side, rather than our up-and-down shade. We went to the Powers showroom, and chose a new shade with their help. We set up an appointment for the next day (that was fast!) when they'd come to measure--they said no deposit was needed. They arrived on time, looked at the current shade and our custom-made fabric swag overhanging the sliding doors, and explained that the slat shade needed an 8-inch deep space--which was more than our swag could accommodate. We didn't want to replace the swag, so they suggested fixing the old shade, replacing the cord with a stronger one, and replacing the top bracket. They did the work immediately, and re-installed the shade (in less than 2 days). We would have preferred the slat shade but this repair saved us a lot of money.

We are very happy with this two person business. The owner is excellent with her knowledge of what looks good and what will work best for our house. These people were prompt, professional, and answered all our questions.
