"This was not the type of work we do that is correct, but in our defense, after having the lead information sent to me multiple time and it stating installing window A/C units I finally called to see if I could help the people because it seemed like nobody was responding to them. We also take the time to ask the customers as many questions as possible so we understand as best as possible what we getting into and if we should set up an meeting before we they are scheduled for install. It was made to sound like standard window AC units had to be lifted into the windows, and I confirmed this multiple times. This was not the case these were 30+ yr old window unit with mounting brackets, housings, and separate condensers w/ blowers that inserted into the housing after 2 men had to set the housing, one 15' high on an extension ladder. Then the Homeowner asked if we needed anything to complete the job and instead of getting what I asked for th close of each side of the unit, since the units were missing pieces and were ancient. So instead of getting what I knew would be weatherproof as possible they get what they think would work and it didn't so we had to go back. And last but not least they bounced the check they wrote us. We also explained that they would be paying the rates for two electricians and to think about it, and I gave them a discount. We work very hard to please our clients, by doing a good job if not better than good and our reviews show that and I would like this review taken down. We were milead by the homeowner and the lead was pushed on us. and this review again should be taken down"
