B KILPATRICK MOVING & STORAGE

This was a company sponsored full package relocation. 3 weeks before the date of moving, a consultant came to our house to take the inventory of things needed to be moved. On the day of moving, the Kilpatrick team of 3 gentlemen showed up right on time and packed a 5 bedroom house in 9 hours. The packing involved building a box for a big screen TV, taking apart bigger sized items such as bed and desks. Everything from the bathrooms, the kitchen, many delicate items including dried flowers, to larger items, were packed perfectly. Everything was numbered and recorded to prevent any miss.
Kilpatrick stored our things for a few weeks in Maryland. It was a coincidence that hurricane Sandy hit the NE region during that time. Our delivery date was a few days after Sandy left NYC. Kilpatrick again showed up with our stuff on time, with another team of 3 gentlemen. One of the team members was in our original location. I think he was the lead of our case. Seeing a familiar face helped a lot. Kudos to such setup from Kilpatrick. The move-in was completed in such an efficient and systematic fashion. We learned quite a bit about packing and moving during the process as customers. Every member from Kilpatrick were professional and good at what they do.

THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK ANYTHING. I DIDN'T HAVE TO LIFT A FINGER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
