James Boyle was absolutely fabulous to work with. My wife and I decided to go with James because of his tireless efforts to earn our business for years through mailers, magnets, calendars, you name it. He did everything to make sure his name was at least considered when the day came where we decided to sell our house or buy a new one. When we first started talking about selling a couple of years ago, we decided to give James a call, but ultimately decided not to list the house because of the market. Around 18 months later, James reached out and told us that based on his market research, he felt confident that we may be able to sell our house at a price acceptable to us.
He was correct! Within a couple of weeks we had an offer and with a few weeks after that we had a signed agreement. He was also fabulous at helping us find a house in our new location. We looked at many houses over a couple of months and was very patient as we went through everything. After we signed an agreement on the house that we now live in, James was relentless at making sure everything went well with the mortgage situations with both our buyer and ourselves.
If you need to buy or sell, James is who you want working for you; he wants to earn every dime he makes in commision. He knows Real Estate and he knows customer service.

They were professional and the sales individual did what they said they would do. Overall, it was a good experience, although we didn't end up selling the house.

Although we are in a depressed housing market, he showed our home to several buyers and two offers were in within the first two weeks. We sold within the first month. The process proceeded very smoothly. Scott was at the Northfield office when we listed our house. (he is now at the Margate location.) We found him to be totally up beat, honest, and likeable. he gently led us without any pressure, so that we were able to make the best decision. He treated us as if we were his only client, although we knew otherwise. He also used his off-time as a courtesy to drive us to search for a rental apartment. Scott performs his job perfectly from start to finish. I usually do not make referrals, but I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Scott to any seller or buyer.

I met Linda through a work aquaintance. She gave us an honest market report and priced our home well. She did everything she could to help us sell it at a good price. She was assertive once we knew where we wanted to move for both the listing and the new house. She gave sound advice on staging, negotiated both deals and always went the extra mile.
