Pool and Spa Servicing
I hired them to clean my pool. When I got home there was a bill for 175.00 (suppose to be 70.00) stating they were there for 1 and a half hours. The pool was not much cleaner than when the started. I had to clean the pool myself that weekend and now it looks as it should. I called the company and left a message about my concerns and left them my home number to call me back. I did not get a return call. It wasn't till several days later when I returned to work that I found they had left me a message there. They claim that my pump and filter was in poor condition and that it why he couldn't do a complete job.
Just for the record, the pump was put in new last year and the sand in the filter was changed at the same time. I gad noproblems vacumming the pool with this same equipment. My daughter happened to be home that day and observed down time by gary and the girl he brought with him during this time period. My landscaper also showed up that day right after Gary left and was talking to my daughter. As he was waiting for his one guy to finish the trimming he pulled several leaves out of the deep and with no problem.
I would never use or recommend this company in the future.
