Description of Work: If you are seeking the absolute WORST in customer service than Frank Vincent is the place to go. If you are in search of windows that FAIL within 5 years than Frank Vincent is your best selection. If you are looking for a company that does NOT care about their customers you have found the perfect match. We clearly recommend that you stay away and spend your hard-earned money on a company that; backs their products, supports their customers, and cares about service. Frank Vincent can't offer you any of these options. Out of 47 windows 32 have FAILED - the seals have broken and the windows are useless! STAY AWAY!!

+ 0 moreProfessional approach by the company. A representative was sent to discuss our options and give an estimate. They were somewhat flexible with pricing and were competitive among the 3 quotes I got. Work started on time and was done quickly. I was able to correct minor issues by discussing them with the job foreman. The only bad work was the chimney flashing, but after I pointed this out to the rep. he had another worker come and redo it to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: new architectural roofing and chimney flashing with ridge vent. new vinyl siding, sofitts and capping of window frames.

+ -1 moreThe job went as expected; not completely satisfactory. The workers are not employees of Frank Vincent, they are contractors. As such, they do not see the contract. They did not purchase a permit from the township even though that was spelled out in the contract. Be cautious about paying for upgrades. The contractors only want to do the normal, basic job, and you can not verify whether or not they have installed upgraded underlayment once the shingles are on. They never actually finished the job, although they did agree to a minor discount.
Description of Work: Old roofing completely removed, new roofing installed.
