They were excellent in every aspect of the job. Any issues were taken care of immediately. The price was very reasonable. We were very pleased with the project form start to finish.

Their work was excellent, they completed everything in a timely manner, their clean up was fantastic, and any little problems that arose were taken care of immediately!

Arriaga was called 2 days after roof was completed, for attic fan mis-location. He moved it and supposedly secured it. End of April, the fan started making vibrations across the house, another contractor found it loose. Vent placed in roof for range hood did not have a hole in the plywood. The other contractor attaching the kitchen range hood could not locate the vent and had to saw a hole for it. Arriaga was contacted several times to come and correct these errors. He has an 8 year labor warranty on the contract. He made 3 false promises to come and did not show up. The other contractor had to correct Arriaga's mistakes in order to complete his work on the range hood. He also secured the attic fan. Now the fan's thermostat needs to be replaced! Arriaga offered a belated apology, we are requesting a refund of $340 for expenses to cover repairs he should have done..
