I initially had some problems with them but it has now been resolved. I no longer notice their service anymore but just depend on it and has been very reliable.

I am pleased with the services so far, but I' have reading something has changed so I have to look into it if I am going to continue using them or what are the changes because they supposed to be implementing some changes right now.

I've used them for 19 years. I like them. For years they were one of the only ones that gave mobile to mobile, free texting and calling. All my adult children have Verizon so we can talk and text without any additional cost. We have service anywhere we go and there are very few blind spots and dead zones. They have so many customers that when I go in, they act like I am really bothering them. They didn't want to tell me anything about how to use the iPhone when I switched from the Droid. I pay a lot for what I get but I don't know what other providers charge. I have to wait a long time in the store to get service. They have a lot of kids working for them. I will probably continue to use them because they have the best connection for where I live. If I moved to another part of the country, I would totally drop them.

The signal for the TV, the phone, and the internet is very good. I did not have any problems with them. They are okay, adequate, and they have a very good quality of service. They are not excellent in terms of professionalism, but they are good.

I can't stand this company; their service and response is horrible. I had a bundle but the price went up so I called them to see if I extended the contract for another two years the monthly price would be less. So I called them and they took me off my original plan and converted me to another plan which costs more now. Not only that but I lost my phone service for 10 days until they could get it back on; horrible, horrible service. I would like to know if I have any other service providers because I would like to quit Verizon. Their salespeople are not knowledgeable enough and are misleading. They have 3 organizations there; sales, networking and troubleshooting and they do not connect very well. I am totally dissatisfied and am not impressed with their service. They are courteous but I think it is a corporate thing.

They are standard. They installed my cable about four years ago. I would refer them to others.

I like that I get a good signal. There are times when people call me, and I don't hear a ring, but I get a message.
