We offer everything that large companies provide, but we keep that cozy, small company vibe intact. My journey in the industry began with larger firms in New Jersey. While many of them do great work, one common issue is the game of telephone that often occurs as your project passes from the salesperson to the expeditor, then to the project manager, and finally to the installers. This can lead to communication gaps and, unfortunately, upset customers at the end of the process. At Titan, we take a different approach.
