Technicians never came. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday from 9:00 - 1:00. No one came or called. I called the company and the girl told me it was changed to 2:00 - 4:00. Yet again no one came or called. I called the company after 4:00 and got the answering service who said they would give them the message not knowing how long they worked to, I cancelled the service. Once again no one called yesterday or at all today to explain why no one came. This is unacceptable for a business and my time is important as well. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. I received their information from the Home Improvement Guide.

I cannot say enough positive things about Royal. Aron and his crews really came to the rescue and delivered. I was desparate because another vendor had replaced the roof and left a leak that they declined to fix. It has been three years of a run around and water leaking intermittantly. The other vendor left us with a rotted, moldly area of roof and unsealed areas which we didn't know about until Royal went up there. Aron took pictures and video. Royal was basically hired to troubleshoot and fix the BIG mess that someone else left. To make matters worse, it was at the height of the pandemic. There was some back and forth, trying different things and Royal was always there when they said they would be. They were very patient, empathetic and attentive; once even coming while it was still raining!. Everyone was respectful and thorough. After every storm he texted to see how things were. I never felt abandoned. I am so appreciative of the customer who wrote the review I saw when I was trying to find someone to solve my problem because I didn't trust anyone after my previous bad experience. Royal stood by their work until the problem was solved.

charged me 4400 to fix my roof told me this will fix my problem for at least 3 years less than 2 months roof leaked again they came back told me i need to pay them 9500 to replace the roof be careful of this company do not work with them

Not very professional, horror able. The represent they sent out 05/02/2019 was very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend them to someone else. He never went up on the roof or measure anything.

I wanted to repair siding that had holes. They fill it with chalking. I could I done that myself. They replace 2 small areas that was fine and remove ivy. Then they said I need to replace my Chimney for 1,600.I had another person who look at my chimney and put a top on it was fine then less then 6 months ago during the storm we had. It was fine then...…

They cleaned gutter and told me that I needed to fix a soft spot in roof. I agreed to allow them to fix the roof. They were unable to fix the area that was damaged and would not return my deposit. We spoke and agreed they could keep half the deposit and returned the other half. I have not received a check or heard from them. The receptionist at the office is very rude. Proceed with caution when using this company.
