Job went very well. If looking for a good electrician, Ike is the one. He is one of the good guys out there. Took his time to evaluate our electrical issues and figure out our crazy wiring in our old house. He came out twice for the same job. Once to bring lights back to our interior spaces in our dining room and basement so we could do laundry and have Christmas dinner and then in the late winter once the garage was repaired to restore power to the garage. Price was reasonable for the work done and felt he did good work. Would recommend and use again. Thanks Ike!!

When it was time to install everything, I realized I actually wanted something a little different, using specialized parts you wouldn't expect him to just have on his truck. He said "No worries", went and got the new specialized parts we needed and didn't change the quote on me. If you've ever dealt with a contractor or sub-contractor, this kind of 'change order' is where you usually get killed ($$$), but even though I wasted his time sending him to the electrical supply shop and I think the specialized parts I wanted cost more... he didn't ask for any more money.

He came out to check out what I needed done and didn’t bring any troubleshooting tools with him. I told him exactly what I needed done over the phone so I don’t understand why he would come with no tools. He said he would come back another day and I never heard from him again.

It went great. Ike is very professional, courteous and prompt. He accomplished the outlet in less than an hour and left the area as clean as before he came.

Ike did a great job installing the outlets in my garage. When I first contacted him for an estimate, he missed the appointment and left me hanging. He apologized for it and I'm glad I gave him a second chance. His quote was in the middle range of the four quotes I received. I'd gladly use his company again if I ever need an electrician.

Ike is very flexible to find a schedule to perform the work. He did the job in 2 hours instead of two (with his coworker Justin), and the quality of the job is very good. I will definitely hire again Ike services for my future electrical jobs on my house.

I found I.M. Electric on Angie's List and since they were nearby and highly rated, I called. When I reached Ike's cell he was on another job, but said he would come to my house later in the day. He showed up as promised, and spent an hour trying to find the break in the circuit. As it got late, he asked if he could come back Sunday morning with another instrument that would help. On Sunday morning he spent another perplexed hour, until he traced the line to a third circuit breaker box that we had totally forgotten about! Opened the box and flipped the switch and voila! We were so embarrassed to have wasted so much of his time! We was very gracious, and charged a minimal price for all the time he had spent. Yes, we would definitely hire him again!

They were very professional and prompt in their responses. They came in on time and were very knowledgable about the job. Overall , I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely hire again.

I lost the only light in a room which is on my ceiling fan when the switch froze. I.M. Electric immediately came the following day (my first choice when scheduling) and did the job flawlessly. Ike is personable and very professional. I would certainly work with him again. I appreciated his responsiveness especially since this happened a few days before Christmas and now have light again in that room.

The coupon we bought allowed us to add two more outlets than we'd originally planned. Ike & his assistant were professional, courteous & friendly. The house has certain limitations since it was built in 1913 but Ike was able to work with that & was also careful not to damage the pine paneling in the basement. They made sure not to let our kitties out when coming in & out - something any cat owner appreciates. Everything was tidy & clean when they left. Communication was great. I received a confirmation text the day before Ike was scheduled to come give the estimate, and another confirmation text the day before work was scheduled. He also let me know when he was on his way. We'd happily use I.M. Electric's services in the future & feel very comfortable recommending them. Thank you I.M. Electric!

When the electrician called first to make appointment i told him he needs to check/replace two lights, replace two switches and install thermostat. he said he will do it. I assumed it will be done in within 100 dollars deal which purchased. But when he came he said he usually charged 125 replace the lights. So for 99 dollars + 50 more he replaced outside lights. Remaining work for thermostat i paid 175. He should have told me first time when he called to make appointment that for 100 he cannot do the work i told him. In total i paid 225 extra. i would have hired somebody else if knew the price is not correct.

I picked up the Angie's deal for two hours of electrical service. Ike was very professional called me within 2 days and was able to book an appointment within the week. He completed the work within my allotted time and it looks fantastic. He explained the service thoroughly before it was done. He was very neat and clean something I cant say about many contractors. I have some additional electrical work that I would like to have done to the house including additional outlets and possibly overhead lighting in a room that's lacking and I will definitely use Ike in the future.

He gave me an estimate and said the coupon will pay for the job. He did a good job and did not leave any mess behind him. I would use his service again.

Ike was great to deal with and the work was perfect. He was able to schedule the appointment quickly, confirmed it a couple times, arrived on time, and left the job exactly as I wanted it. He provided advice on how to arrange the lights I wanted and the type of fixtures to you. I have already passed his name on to my sister!

He did a fantastic job...really exceptional service and quality of work. He arrived on time on the appointed day. He explained everything in great detail, clarifying what needed to be done. He checked & tested the amperage of the line to make sure that it could support the new unit and explained it all to me in clear terms which I found very helpful. Although the new unit was larger than the old one, it now looks like it's always been there from the day we moved in & it works perfectly. He cleaned up after finishing and left the bathroom spotless. I was really impressed with both his attention to detail and his courteous manner. I wholeheartedly recommend IM Electric without any reservations-they deliver highly professional service at a reasonable price.

He showed me how to remove a plug from an extension cord and find a place to put it into an outlet.

I needed an electrical outlet installed on a wall where there was no power. I called up I.M. Electric off of Angies list and it couldnt have gone any better. Ike is very personable and was easy to get to my house the same day I called. I wasnt expecting him to do anything since he was only coming here to spec out the work. Like any awesome electrician, he was able to do the job same day. He was clean, neat and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get any electrical work done in their home.
