"Thank you for your review. Just to clarify, nowhere did the electrician say all what was mentioned above will be covered by the $99. When the electrician got to the job, Mr. Homeowner gave him a list of tasks. After reviewing the task, the electrician stated beforehand that the thermostat in the attic for the attic fan will cover the allocated time for the $99 and there would be an additional cost for the extras. Mr. Homeowner was OK with the extras before the electrician started working. I.M. ELECTRIC, LLC is about customer satisfaction and always keeps the customer in the loop throughout the whole experience. We always give our costs upfront, if Mr. Homeowner wanted us to stay within his $99 he should have just let the electrician work on the attic thermostat."
