John went above and beyond from start to finish. He was the first to respond to my Home advisor request and took the time to answer ALL of my questions about the survey and why it is necessary. His professionalism continued when he came to our house with a friendly introduction and what they will be doing as they walked around the property. Finally, knowing that I needed the survey to get our central air replaced (and it is already hitting 80 degrees) he graciously completed all the paperwork in a VERY short time. I hired John for staking the four corner and for foundation survey. He did great job, finished both activities within 2 days. The price was little bit higher than other quotes which I received but it was matter of time vs money, so I had to take the money hit....
