This is the third time I hire Forsight consulting for inspection of prospective property before purchase and thank God I did. They arrived early, Keith the owner and Chris his son, welcomed questions and they took time to answer any questions as well as give examples which was very helpful. They took their time in the inspection process about 2 hours. I received a detailed report in a timely manner via e-mail that included photographs of items/areas of concern. I even called and spoke with Chris after receiving the report, and again he was very pleasant and gave me suggestions on what to do next; he was great.. By the way, I took a few of thier business cards to give to my family and friends.

The reasons I give them poor scores on Responsiveness and Professionalism (and hence an overall low score are):
1. The owner of the business asked me about my line of work. When I said finance, he shot back with and quot;so you steal money from other peopleand quot;. It was followed up with something along the lines of and quot;so it is harder now to steal moneyand quot; and something else about my employer. While he is entitled to his opinions, I found it both offensive and unprofessional.
2. They promised the report very soon. The inspection was on Wednesday and, when I did not receive the report by Saturday, I called to follow up. I was told they would send it either on Sunday or Monday. When told them that I really needed it by the weekend, they promised me that it would go out either Saturday (the day of the call) or early Sunday morning. When I didn't receive it on Sunday, I called again an left a message. My call has not been returned.
They did seem to be fairly thorough in their inspection. I should be able to update this report with the quality of their work once I get their writtern report.

They are very through and friendly. They take the time to explain the home to you and really take the time to inspect the house. They also bring a termite inspector to make sure the home is in good condition. They are there whenever you need them and are always available.
