Tom, at Apple Tree Home Inspection is a real professional. He'll do everything you ask of him all for the same general charge. This included termite, electrical, plumbing and even radon testing, as requested. He can also check roofs, unfortunately for me, he didn't have access to the roof of the property I am looking at. However, Tom definitely goes above and beyond and never mentions anything about payment until his job is complete. His reports are very thorough, he doesn't miss a thing. The inspection lasted a couple hours on a relatively small property, that is how thorough the inspection was. Tom is a sweetheart, and is always there to help, willing to answer any question you might have, even after he receives payment. If you're looking for a home inspector, look no further. Tom is the best and he will always make sure you get what you pay for. This is definitely not my last home purchase, I now know who to go to for my future endeavors!
