They were in and out in no time. They came in prepared and communicated with us on the phone. Very prompt and courteous.

We got a few estimates and chose him for his price and nearby location. He came as promised with one helper and did the work in a very short time. The helper was sent into the cramped attic and crawl space to pull the wires. They had trouble getting the wires through the studs and weeks later when my husband was pulling another wire he found that the wires were so tightly packed that the insulation had gotten ripped/rubbed off on one of the old wires, so that the bare wire showed. He found this by removing the baseboard at the place where the wires go into the crawl space. My husband took care of the problem himself (by drilling another hole through the stud). I am always digging up the grounding wire that is just a couple of inches below the surface along the back wall in the flower bed. The old one was straight down into the ground.
