- Initial lead time was quite long. 3 weeks after measurement was taken.
- When the workmen arrived for installation, they realized that the measurement was wrong.
- Had to repeatedly follow up to get the installation rescheduled.
- It took another 3 weeks for them to come and install. Meanwhile, we could not use the bathroom for extended period of time.
