They were very courteous and very professional.
The first day when they came in they not only did a great job of the cleanup, but also took the time to explain the process well. Carlo (One of the crew) was very courteous and helped me make sure i covered all the necessary things for Insurance.
The cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. They always called to make the appointment and kept the appointment time even when it was snowing heavily.
They were patient with me and checked for water everywhere i asked them to. The next day they came they showed how the wall was getting dry and showed me comparisons from the day before.
They had enough equipment (7 fans) to put in all locations to dry the place out quickly. They even bought a dehumidifier to make sure the water was not just getting into the air and causing more issues.
Everyday they came, they checked the humidity int he air in the affected room as well as other room that were not affected to make sure it was not too humid or too dry.
