Rainbow Plumbing & Heating

There were there with in the hour stated and work was completed in a timely manner.  Of course because it was a Saturday we were charged much more than the job should have cost, however the gentleman who performed the work was knowledgeable and friendly.

Rainbow plumbing did a great job! We called on July 3rd and left a message. Larry called us back quickly and we discussed the need for new hot water heater. We agreed on a model and Larry came on the 5th of July. Larry is a true professional, he explained what he was going to do and how and then installed the hot water heater. With the old water heater the piping was not run in the most optimal manner, Larry fixed this when installing the new water heater. There was a small issue with the chimney for the hot water heater. On 98 degree day Larry went up on our roof to figure out what was going on. This chimney issue was not part of the original estimate but Larry took care of this for no extra cost.
A true professional, they put down tarps to keep the are clean, the area where the work was done was left cleaner then when they came, highly recommend!

Showed up on time, called ahead to confirm;  provided input on what needed to be done vs. what I thought I wanted done, which actually saved me money.
Prices are slightly higher than you might find elsewhere but Larry is a Master Plumber and it shows.   Quality workmanship, very neat job, areas cleaned up afterwards, provided insight into better solutions.

Mr. Washington is prompt, professional and does a great job.  He calls right back, comes quickly and does great work.  He's very helpful.  Use this company, keep his number handy - you'll never need another plumber.

Despite numerous delays and issues with a separate contractor working on the remodel project for framing, drywall and carpentry. Mr Washington was attentive and professional. He is sole proprietor and does the work himself with the use of one or two  helpers if needed to get the job done quickly and accurately. He does the work right the first time. He took the time to make sure to check all the plumbing in the house while he was there to ensure there would be no problems or surprises in the future. He is meticulous and open to suggestions from the homeowner. He is neat and make every effort to ensure that the customers is satisfied. He reasonable and his prices are fair considering he is a master plumber.

The plumber was on time and did the job for a fair price.

Bathroom sink drain was leaking and called two other plumbers with A ratings from the list (Yuhas and Roberts), got the answering machine and left a message. Waited for the first one to call back for over a day and the second one for over 3 hours before calling Rainbow. Was pleasantly surprise when the owner (Larry) answered the phone in person and promised to come within the hour. He came as promised within the hour with his assistant, gave a written estimate, finished the work professionally within an hour, tested it properly, by filling up the sink twice, and cleaned up the area. He replaced the whole assembly rather than doing a patchwork job. So overall I thought his price was reasonable for plumbing work. He also advised me on how to keep the drain clean with an enzyme cleaner (to avoid future plumbing bills) as the overflow pipe of the sink was somewhat clogged (which typically we do not use). He does sell this cleaner and did not pressure me to buy it but I thought it was a good idea to keep all pipes clean and appreciated the preventive maintenance advice he gave. I did buy this enzyme cleaner for $45 for a can (would last for a year or more). All in all a great experience and would definitely recommended him. Very professional in their work and attitude.

He showed up in a couple of hours. I have a different French toilet that is unique. He was able to figure that toilet out and got it working. Their serviceman was informative on what he was doing. It took him awhile to figure it out but he stayed with it until he had a working understanding of it.

The water line installation went fairly routine. The installation of the dishwasher was far more complicated, but was done by a really nice man. He practically had to work blind as there was hardly room for his hands to make his connections. Additionally, when I called for an estimate for the installation of the water line I was given a quote, same for the dishwasher, even though the dishwasher installation probably constituted a higher price due to the extensive work needed rainbow plumbing still stuck to the original estimate, which most companies wouldn't do. Thank you. Highly recommended.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THE WORK WAS DONE IN A GOOD QUALITY MANNER AND THEY CLEANED THE AREA AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB IN REPLACING THE PIPE AND DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER COMPANIES WE LOOKED AT.
